Long Service Industry, LLC (LSI) is a family owned business. We offer many services and began by assisting other businesses with their information system and personnel issues.
Our family is involved in agritourism, convenience stores, dental technology, and land development (an LSILLC planned farm community). Our combined experience with our associates enable us to define communication problems and provide solutions to a wide variety of industries.
We believe everything should be made as simple as possible; but, not more so. We have observed numerous problems with small and large companies during implementation of ERP information technologies. These can be avoided with the application of proven System Development Methodology principles (SDM). RAD (Rapid Application Development) tools, with data encryption capabilities, are used to design and develop your ERP information requirements. Our experience with these tools means that we can develop a test system in a few hours instead of months as with older generation programming tools. We recommend off the shelf ERP products, with data encryption capabilities, if available. Installation and operating instructions are tailored to the expertise of your staff. Documentation, as necessary, is to make you as independent of outside resources as possible. Disaster recovery plans are tailored to your needs.
